They failed. Let's eat." -- LOL! I love it. Nothing like being honest. I suppose this could be said of many holidays...they certainly all include, "Let's eat!"

Hope your holiday is lovely. The cookies sound delicious...like the Hungarian "kifli" cookies I often make at Christmas.

LizElizabeth Delisihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08546970429755060529noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-924892396827230701.post-27521998809852773592009-03-09T14:39:00.000+02:002009-03-09T14:39:00.000+02:00"They tried to kill us. Meital's costume is great. I like the homemade one's too, but an artist costume shows that you are still one of her role models. Hooray, because they grow up so fast!

Thanks for sharing the traditions. I think strawberry jam and pecans sounds interesting and sounds like something my family would like too.

Enjoy the holiday. I'm going to call my girlfriend and see if she made the hamantaschen so I can have one or two or three.
Hugs,
SandySandyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02632197170824736812noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-924892396827230701.post-4197142349927541842009-03-08T23:14:00.000+02:002009-03-08T23:14:00.000+02:00Love the costume, Amy.While I understand Liat and ...Love the costume, Amy.

While I understand Liat and her friends wanting to be grown up, I know that it makes you sad that they can't stay lighthearted children.

Sunrise, sunset.Annhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11449286284109146876noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-924892396827230701.post-80775544714644076312009-03-08T19:23:00.000+02:002009-03-08T19:23:00.000+02:00Thank you for sharing your Purim tradition. Having been raised Catholic, and so isolated from other religions and cultures...as an adult I want to know more about other customs.Joansiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01037010103316076336noreply@blogger.com
